The Challenge
Departament d’Agricultura sought to transform the user experience of filling out online
forms, addressing traditional accessibility and usability barriers. The challenge was to
design a solution that would assist people with visual or motor impairments, the elderly,
and anyone seeking a more intuitive and natural interaction with technology.
Additionally, the goal was to eliminate common frustrations such as complicated
navigation and validation errors, making the form-filling process more efficient and user-friendly.
Approach
Omnios proposed the development of a voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence that would allow users to fill out forms effortlessly using their voice. By integrating cutting-edge AI, natural language processing (NLP), and voice recognition technologies, the solution aimed to significantly improve accessibility for a wider range of users. The voice assistant was designed to understand and respond to natural language inputs, guiding users through the form in a conversational manner. The solution also focused on eliminating common errors and streamlining the process, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Implementation
The voice assistant was integrated into the Departament d’Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentació platform, ensuring compatibility with existing forms and systems.
