We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team

We implement our software in top tier companies from very diverse sectors, accelerating and standardising their decision making through our own NLP algorythms. Our goal is to reduce the time of search and analysis of information, allowing our customers to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the decisions they make.
Our latest product is Winnow.video, an AI based video platform that allows content creators (like congresses, marketing departments, business schools…) to share their videos in a smart way.
With the latest Artificial Intelligence advances, Winnow automatises the transcription and video analysis changing how content is watched and consumed! So the end users can save time and our customers gain metrics about what they watch and how they can monetise the content they create.
> Become your customers’ strategic consultant, learning about their business priorities, and guiding them on how to best leverage Winnow.
> Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Winnow functionality, use cases and technology partners.
> Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to optimize the handover process, as well as the expectations set for the customer.
> Onboard and assist new strategic customers, while simultaneously managing multiple customers who are at different points on the account lifecycle.
> Discover and evangelize new use cases for the customer, helping them to deepen and expand their usage of the product.
> Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner whilst also developing foolproof methods to ensure scalable solutions.
> Maintain a forecast of renewals and expansion opportunities with your portfolio.
> Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates.
> Identify opportunities to develop new training materials designed to ensure successful customer onboarding, support business-wide adoption, and deepen Winnow proficiency.
> Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Development and Marketing.
> Balance the best interest of your customers with Winnow’s.
What you’ve got:
> Perfect written and spoken English and Spanish
> + 1 years of relevant work experience in Customer Success in the SaaS industry
> Strong organizational, time-management skills
> Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
> Savvy and fast learner with new digital tools
> High level of discipline; a self-starter who holds herself/himself accountable to exceed expectations
> Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You love asking open-ended questions to really get to the root of the matter!
> Influence with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives forward, even when blocked

> Have technical knowledge coming from engineering studies or coding experience.
